Delivery and payment

We deliver mobile computers and industrial tablets across Moldova. The exact terms are confirmed in the quote, because they depend on the configuration, supplier availability and the delivery address.

How the price is set

Prices are not shown on the site. Equipment is offered on request, because the same model ships in different configurations: scanner variants, memory, connectivity, batteries, cradles. Add the models you want to your quote cart or write to us, and we will send you a quote.

Delivery

• Delivery across Moldova
• Delivery time for models in stock: shipped the next business day
• Delivery time for equipment supplied to order: delivered within one week of payment
• Delivery cost in Chișinău: free delivery in all cases
• Delivery cost to other towns and villages: free delivery in all cases (across Moldova)
• Pickup from our office in Chișinău, by prior appointment over the phone

Payment

Payment is made against an invoice issued by S.R.L. «POS CONSULTING». For legal entities, the company name and IDNO are required.

• Accepted payment methods: direct payment by bank transfer
• Advance payment on order: 50% advance payment when ordering
• Payment by leasing or in installments: only on the terms of the partners providing these services

Warranty

The equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 12 months. To extend the warranty or arrange out-of-warranty service, we recommend discussing the options as early as the quote stage.

Receiving the equipment

On receipt, check that the packaging is intact and the set is complete (terminal, battery, charger or cradle, ordered accessories). If you notice any discrepancies, tell us the same day at +373 79 170 490.
